There are several types of arthritis. However, from a wholistic perspective, all arthritis leads back to the same cause, serious mineral deficiencies. Calcium, magnesium, and Boron are major players, as well as a whole host of other trace minerals and vitamins. Taking a store bought calcium supplement will likely not come close to helping this problem. Most are made from Calcium Carbonate, which is the lowest form of calcium and is only about 10% absorbable. It is basically taken from limestone and can cause a host of other issues gumming up the work in your system. Liquid Ionic Calcium, Calcium Orotate, and Calcium Citrate are far better forms. However, oxidative damage and low grade inflammation are also factors contributing to arthritis pain. Supplementing should attack oxidative damage and inflammation with high ORAC antioxidants, Vitamin and minerals, and essential fatty acid supplementation. You should also watch and follow my video, Foods That Harm and avoid these foods, especially Soda.
