When it comes to Anxiety and Panic Attacks, the science is pointing to the over abundance of lactic acid in the body. Conventional medicine can not explain what is going on physically, so it classifies this problem as a mental disorder. In reality, this is a chemical disorder from a lack of B vitamins. There are 23 B vitamins, but most of them have been outlawed or not permitted to be in supplements, mostly from lack of research and proper understanding. Lactic acid builds up in the blood until the body reaches lactic acidosis. Capillaries become jammed up with red blood cells from inflammation of the arterial walls. It is vital to supplement B vitamins, especially in the liposomal form to get maximum absorption. I also recommend Greens first, to help alkalize and anti-oxidize the body and selenium to protect the liver. You also must avoid Wheat gluten, fried foods, Meat with nitrates, carbonated beverages, and certain oils. Always cook with real butter.
